Adding fields to your form

Create a form with custom fields to collect the data you need, we support a variety of field types.

We currently support the following field types:

• Text
• Options
• Checkbox
• Stars
• Boolean
• Emojis
• Scale

Step 1 - Create a form

To add fields to your form, you need to create a form first. You can do this by going to our dashboard.

Step 2 - Create a field

Once you have created a form, you can add fields to it. Simply click on the 'Add Field' button and select the type of field you want to add.
